Because of our business in software, Q-go has chosen to support a project in the area of information technology via the Net4Kids Foundation: Takoradi Educational Resource Center in Ghana. Thanks to the introduction of ICT lessons, increasing numbers of Ghanese children are being prepared for the future. ICT lessons and access to a library provide them with new opportunities in the job market and also help them to gain better insight into the world around them.
- Alpe d'HuZes
Alpe d'HuZes is a yearly event in the French Alps which raises money for the Dutch cancer foundation, KWF Kankerbestrijding. This year two Q-go employees will partake in the event as Team PIEK; they will cycle up the mountain twice. The mountain is considered to be one of the most difficult in the world to cycle. Q-go is a titanium sponsor of Team PIEK. In addition, Q-go employees have organized several fundraising and motivational initiatives to support Team PIEK.
