Marcel E. Smit, Chief Executive OfficerMarcel E. Smit is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Q-go and is responsible for the execution of the company strategy, external relations and investor relations. Marcel joined Q-go in 2002 as European Managing Director before becoming CEO in 2003. Prior to joining Q-go, Mr. Smit was Vice President, Northern Europe at MicroStrategy, a leading global supplier of business intelligence. He held several marketing and sales leadership positions at Oracle and U-Soft for 15 years prior to MicroStrategy. |

Marcel Karssen, Chief Financial OfficerMarcel Karssen joined Q-go in 2008 and is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) responsible for all financial and operational matters. He is jointly responsible for strategic direction and investor relations along with CEO, Marcel Smit. Prior to joining Q-go, Mr. Karssen was a Vice President at Oracle, responsible for business operations with the EMEA Customer Services division. An entrepreneur and investor, prior to Oracle, he co-founded Augmentics and was an investor and co-founder in two ICT-related companies. Mr. Karssen has over 16 years experience in senior finance roles within the ICT industry. |

René Stukker, Chief Commercial OfficerRené Stukker joined Q-go in 2008 and is Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) responsible for all commercial activities for Q-go worldwide. He is jointly responsible for strategic direction and investor relations along with CEO, Marcel Smit. A 20-year technology industry veteran including a six-year period with Oracle, before joining Q-go, Mr. Stukker led the European operations for the Chinese-based company eSOON, an enterprise service provider. Prior to that, he was part of the initiative to start the Benelux operations for business intelligence provider MicroStrategy, where he was the general manager for the region for four years. |
